Interior work is not only required when purchasing real estate.
Offices are often offered as bare or partly furnished units without lighting or carpeting, so substantial fitting-out work is usually needed.
We have tried several contractors for our own office renovations and private homes, and introduce only those whose work we were satisfied with.
We also purchase furniture, appliances and tableware on your behalf to prepare the property for moving in or letting.

Whether you want appliances ready before arriving in Malaysia or furniture arranged to meet a new tenant’s requests, we can purchase items to suit your needs, including microwaves, rice cookers, irons, water purifiers and tableware.
Where installation is needed, we attend on site and prepare the property for occupancy.
Since we are based in Kuala Lumpur, we can visit properties on your behalf.

Starting the renovation
At this stage there are no lights or air conditioners, and the floor is unfinished.
This is a common condition in office rentals.
Carpet tiles are laid across the floor.
The walls are painted in the chosen colour and lighting is installed.
Glass doors enclose the meeting room.
Blinds are installed to control the incoming sunlight.
A pantry is also fitted, along with an access-control lock at the entrance for security.
The estimated cost for the general renovation above is approximately RM125/sq ft.
For offices, the cost varies with the furniture and equipment. A typical market range is RM125–170/sq ft.
